Thank you for enrolling in the Smartboard Basics class at St. John's University. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, October 18th at 8:30am for our first class. Visitor parking permits can be obtained either at the Information Booth at Gate 1 or at the Public Safety office (refer to the map available at the
link below) . Street side parking may also be available just outside most campus gates. Our class is located in room 207 in Sullivan Hall (note this is closest to gate 6). In preparation for Saturday's first class we recommend you bring a thumb drive to store the lessons you create. Our trainers will assist you with using it. If you do not own one, you can find a thumb drive for under 25 dollars at any retailer that sells computers, such as Circuit City, Best Buy or Staples.
Your main trainers will be Suzan and Christine. Supporting them are Amy and Amanda. We all look forward to meeting and working with you next Saturday. Please don't hesitate to contact us prior.

Things I'm not sure of are underlined: start time, room number and can they get visitor parking or do they need a student pass. Also were we going to recommend they bring a snack/lunch?
